Preparation before Arrival
- Notification of vessel’s arrival from the client to Spanam Agents (at least 1 week in advance).
- Arrange stevedoring, cranes, and transport to perform discharge and loading of cargo.
- Attend to arranging Pilot and Tug when necessary.
- Notification of vessel’s arrival to the Authorities, i.e. Sea Fisheries; Port Health; Immigration; Customs; Port Police; and DMA.
- Arrange berth as per client’s requirements.
Arrival and Attendance
- Organize and supervise the following vessel operations:
i. Transshipping of Fish to a Reefer Vessel
ii. Landing of Fish directly into containers at the factory
iii. Landing or Loading of Fishing Gear and other equipment, - Arrange Shore Supply (electricity) and Fresh water, as per client’s requirements.
- Organize the supplying of Provisions on request
- Attend to organize the supplying of Fuel or Lubrication Oil on request, as well as the discharging or pumping out of sludge or bilges when necessary, and delivering the Marpol or corresponding Waste Removal Certificate to the vessel thereafter.
- Provide assistance to the crewmembers:
1. Make travel arrangements
2. Organize crew changes and transfers to and from airports
3. Arrange car rental and accommodation when necessary
4. Attend to other general urgent calls (medical, police, etc..) - Arrange Technical Assistance for the vessels as requested by client
Departure
- Transire and Outclearance of vessel
- Endorsements / Exemptions
- Crew Health Certificates
- Dispatching of documents to Customs, Immigration and Sea Fisheries Observer Agency
Other related services
- Arrange Syncrolift (Dry-docking, Painting and other related Repair services)
- Safety Certificates (arranging and delivery of the same)
- Bay Assistance to vessels Offshore or at Anchorage
- Arrange Tugs as per client’s instructions when necessary
- Attend to recruit crewmembers for the vessels as requested by client

- Ministry of Home Affairs documentation, e.g. Transit Visas or Multiple Entry Work Visas
